Commissions
I absolutely take commissions. Creating a one-of-a-kind work of art from a vacation photo or an image you found in your grandmas desk drawer is exciting! There are a few things to keep in mind…
- Not every picture makes a great painting.
- I won’t paint a typical “group shot” or “school portrait” style picture where the subject is looking into the camera and smiling. You may not like having those eyes following you all day.
- It is in my best interests to paint something that will be a strong painting that reflects my style. Its in your best interests too as an investor! If you have your heart set on a mixed media piece of your dog that passed away last year, I may not be the artist for you. I can, however, recommend someone to you.
- I will only accept payment for commissions through Etransfer or PayPal. This policy was built to protect me from many forms of online art scams.
Please email me if you want to organize a commission. We will discuss the subject matter, size, and delivery date expectations. I require 50% upfront that you do not get back if you change your mind. I will work my butt off to make sure that the painting you get in the end is what you want and that I am personally proud of.
